Cheek swabs will be collected. Contact Leita Estes for collection and/or submission. Pre-register and pay online for additional 5% discount on top of the 20% clinic discount. Bring test confirmation form from Optigen with you to be sent in with your samples.

CLEARED BY PARENTAGE:
If sire/dam are cleared by optigen, your dog qualifies for a further-discounted Cleared-by-Parentage Optigen clearance. DETAILS
