Saturday, May 7 This year's banquet will be buffet style. The buffet will include hand carved prime rib, chicken marsala, chef's choice of seasonal vegetables, wild rice pilaf, an assortment of composed salads, tossed salad with dressing, rolls and butter, coffee, tea or milk and dessert.
