Dog’s Performance Record

List ALL titles. Identify the organization awarding each title.

List outstanding wins: Bench, Field, Obedience

Dog must have contributed substantially to the breed, not only in performance but also in get.

Dog must have left an everlasting impression on the GSP breed.

Production record of titled offspring (Get)

Males: 15 Show titles or 10 Field titles or 5 Obedience Ch. or Hunt Test

Females: 5 Show titles or 5 Field titles or 3 Obedience Ch. or Hunt Test

Get: Summary, number of each

Progeny record: List and identify all titled progeny and identify the organization awarding each title.

All nominations must be received by May 15 of each year. Exceptions requesting consideration at a January Board of Directors meeting may be made for good cause. All information must be complete. Dogs born January 1, 1975 and after will be considered only if their owner has been a member of the GSP Club of America for at least three years. They can be eligible if multiple owned, provided one of the owners of record is a Parent Club member. Certification of GSPCA membership lies with the owner.

Dogs (candidates) will be elected at the annual Board of Directors meeting in June. Candidate must receive a majority vote of the Board of Directors. If a dog is passed over, the application can be resubmitted. If a dog is passed over three times, he can no longer be submitted for membership in the Hall of Fame.

Nominated dog must be deceased.
