Field Trial Registry Of Merit: F-ROM | ||||
F-ROM Guidelines & Tabulation | BackThe future of the German Shorthaired Pointer rests with the sires and dams who have demonstrated their ability to provide for successive generations. In recognition of their contributions to the breed, the GSPCA awards the Field Trial Registry of Merit Certificate (F-ROM) to those GSPs whose offspring reflect the breed’s character and purpose as evidenced by the titles achieved.
General Guidelines The F-ROM recognizes the dog or bitch that qualifies. F-ROM credit is given for AKC FC/AFC titles earned by progeny. Certificates will be presented at Annual GSPCA National Field Trial or will be mailed to the named and address that is included on the application. OPTION 1: The AKC will provide a Progeny Report for a small fee that will include all titled progeny for your dog located at http://www.akc.org/store/reports/index.cfm With this report and a photo of dog, sire and dam of nominated dog, name and address of owner and name of breeder, please email to txrockincm@sbcglobal.net for information to be verified and recorded. OPTION 2: Include photo of nominated dog and all dogs’ registered names and AKC registration numbers in addition to the field trial resumes of each progeny, along with supporting documentation. Acceptable documentation includes AKC records or copies of AKC title certificates. Proof of the sire and dam of the progeny must also be provided, which may include litter registration records, individual puppy registration papers. Application must be filled out completely and must be signed. Attach copies of all documentation to the form or scan so they can be cross referenced to your application. Once the information is verified, certificates will be presented at Annual GSPCA National Field Trial or will be mailed to the named and address that is included on the application. |
